blame the deed - not the breed.
(animals are not shoes , firmwares , phones , keys , criminals , cigarettes , chips , toys , cds , stalkings , footballs or whatever , but they can be anything for you. a dog should be where it belongs and that demands humanity. i try myself too)

Hello dog lover.

I am Aris (Aristidis) Katsieris from Athens Greece. Obviously a Dobermann (doberman pinscher in the US) and a Rhodesian Ridgeback fan and lover. Those dog breeds are simply my choice and i try my best to keep those genetics right where they should be: untouched.
Ridgebacks are independent dogs. This is a "must" breed but no one can specify exactly why its different for each master-owner. Fantastic looking puppy too!

Dobermann puppies in a litter can only compete them (in my opinion). Those black or brown miracles do have pray and defensive drives right after they open their eyes. Fighting drive of the dobermann is already known widely and its definatelly a bloodline issue. Special Police forces worldwide use them for SAR (search and rescue), law enforcement, tracking, but they are not working only for police service. Special trainers with highly detailed training methods make kids or old people meet or remember the nature of themselves and Earth through a very intelligent dogs eyes.As a sport dog dobermann competes easily all working breeds in Schutzhund (SchH) and IPO contests worldwide (sporting editions of obedience-tracking-defensive abilities). ZTP is the official breeds evaluations for each dog (for breeding proofs mostly). Personally i prefer Mondioring for my dogs. An agility trainer said once ''i ve learned more from dobermann than i tought them.being fearless and intelligent is an endless goal in life''. ( FEARLESS - NOT STUPID. AGRESSIVE DOGS RESTRICTED in public! )

Rhodesian Ridgebacks hunt. Yes, they are hunting more wildly than what you ve probably heard about. A Ridgeback can run after a rat or a squirrel or a fly with the same passion after a moose or a wild boar or a rabbit. And this is a bloodline issue too of course. The state of the art though for it, is ''someone trying to touch his masters baby or kid''. ( FEARLESS - NOT STUPID. AGRESSIVE DOGS RESTRICTED in public! ). The breed lives indeed in its primary instincts and i fight a lot to keep this rolling among excellent breeders on the same path. There are people saying they cannot be trained, there are those who say they can be trained: Of course ridgebacks can be trained in obedience only up to each dogs temperament and limit like any other dog. The opposites of their independence and masters addiction will always be there to symbolize Rhodesian Ridgebacks charm. A working Ridgeback is tracking and hunting. They are instinctly guard dogs , especially in their territory. Do not try to work with a good bloodline Ridgeback professional protection sleeve working - it is very dangerous compared to the classic working breeds. Those dogs act differently in the countryside than in the city but always accuratelly when you know the breed and your dog.

My target is to keep genetics and drives in those two breeds using nature. Thats almost "forbidden" in our days but the challenge is big enough.
